David Moyes To Emigrate To Australia After United Flop?

William Hill think they know of a potential destination for ex-Manchester United manager, David Moyes, after a number of cheeky requests from punters in Australia requesting odds on him becoming boss of the manager-less Sydney FC. William Hill’s Australian arm,, are currently offering 100/1 that Moyes flees the UK after his failed stint at Old Trafford and pops up in Sydney.

“Moyes will be wanting to get as far away from Manchester as possible and how could he get any further than Sydney?” said spokesman Andrew Brown. “Sydney fans would welcome Moyes with open arms just like they did with recent player recruits Del Piero and Juninho. He'd need to perform quickly though or risk being shipped straight back to ol’ Blighty because this club has now been through seven managers in nine seasons.”

Louis van Gaal is currently the 4/7 favourite to take over from Moyes at Old Trafford, with Carlo Ancelotti’s odds tumbling from 25/1 to 6/1 in just over 12 hours. Jurgen Klopp rounds off the top three at 12/1.

Next permanent Manchester United manager: 4/7 Louis van Gaal; 6/1 Carlo Ancelotti; 12/1 Jurgen Klopp; 14/1 Jose Mourinho; 16/1 Ryan Giggs; 25/1 BAR

Where will David Moyes manage next: 1/5 Premier League; 7/1 Scottish Premiership; 8/1 English Championship; 10/1 German Bundesliga; 16/1 International side; 33/1 Spanish La Liga; 50/1 Italian Serie A; 66/1 French Ligue 1; 14/1 any other country
