Can Labour Nick Clegg's Seat

ALTHOUGH Labour are said to be plotting to unseat Nick Clegg in his Sheffield Hallam constituency, William Hill make him odds-on favourite to retain the seat.
Clegg is 1/3 favourite with Hills, with Labour offered at 7/2; the Conservatives 6/1 and Ukip 10/1.

'As yet we haven't seen significant betting support against Clegg in his constituency, but there is little doubt that he will face a fight to hold on to the leadership of his Party if they lose a significant number of their current total of 57 seats at the General Election - and we predict they wil end up with only between 21 and 30.' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Hills make Tim Farron their 5/4 favourite to succeed Clegg as Leader and also offer: 4/1 Vince Cable; 7/1 Ed Davey; 8/1 Norman Lamb; 10/1 Danny Alexander; 20/1 Alistair Carmichael; David Laws; Jo Swinson; Steve Webb.

Hills offer 7/2 that the next government will be another Con-Lib Dem coalition; 9/2 Labour-Lib Dem.

Ukip are 4/11 favourites to poll more votes than the Lib Dems, who are 2/1 to beat Farage's Party.

A glimmer of good news for MrClegg is that Hills have had to cut their odds for all four major leaders - Cameron, Clegg, Farage, Miliband, still to be in charge of their Parties on Jan 1, 2016, from 25/1 to 16/1 after betting support.

HOW MANY SEATS WILL LIB DEMS WIN AT GENERAL ELECTION? 7/4 21-30; 5/2 31-40; 4/1 11-20; 6/1 41-50; 8/1 51 OR MORE; 12/1 0-10.

**WILL LABOUR REPLACE MILIBAND WITH MILIBAND?......William Hill have cut their odds for David Miliband to succeed Ed Miliband as leader of the Labour Party from 33/1 to 12/1 after taking a number of three figure bets on the likelihood.
