Balls Favourite To Deliver First Post Election Budget Speech

ED MILIBAND is 4/1 with William Hill to become Prime Minister in a Labour majority government - 9/2 to have to team up with the Lib Dems in a coalition, while it is 6/1 that Labour create a minority government, and 13/2 that Labour invite the SNP into a coalition government. 'There would seem to be four ways in which Mr Miliband could take up residence in Number 10 and we think the most likely of those is via an overall majority for Labour,' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.'However, with so many possible outcomes to the May General Election we are offering 8/1 that there will actually be another one before the end of 2015.'
