William Hill PLC ("William Hill") (LSE: WMH), announces today the issue of £350,000,000 4.750% guaranteed notes due 2026 (the "Notes") to institutional investors.
As announced on 30 April 2019, William Hill's invitation to holders of its £375,000,000 4.250 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2020 (the "2020 Notes") to tender such 2020 Notes for purchase by William Hill for cash (the "Offer") is subject, without limitation, to the successful completion (in the sole determination of William Hill) of the issue of the Notes (the "New Financing Condition").
Following the successful completion of the issue of the Notes today, the New Financing Condition in relation to the Offer has been satisfied.
