Tell us about your role and what it involves?
My role specializes in identifying reasons for frequent contacts of customers, carrying out solutions and improving Customer Service processes. Also supporting customer’s request in cancelling bonuses in line with Competition and Markets Authority regulation.
How has your career developed at WH?
Over the course of the past seven years, I've made an effort to develop my skills and experiences in a number of different ways. I started as a Customer Service Adviser in 2011 and was promoted to a a Subject Matter Expert in 2014 - supporting all CS departments – Sports, Gaming and Customer Verification and now in Account Management/Competition and Markets Authority.
What’s the one piece of advice you’d give to anyone looking to progress with William Hill?
Love what you do so you can go above and beyond to innovate and to stand out in the workplace.
Be passionate about your career, it’ll make putting time and effort into it pleasurable, not a chore. Be bold. Own it.
