Our Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC) is a 24/7 team who look after security and services monitoring - applications, environments, and betting volumes. Currently we're mainly a first line of support, however we're already a second line in several areas. Our day-to-day work covers things like identifying bonus abusers, reviewing security breaches, proactive monitoring to avoid downtimes, restarting applications, and working with other teams to resolve potential and ongoing issues. We generate and process hundreds of tickets each month. There's lots of us working in EOC with different backgrounds and levels of experience so there's always plenty to learn.
