What our team does

The Marketing team is big and diverse, and we thrive on the fast pace required of a digital marketing organisation for a large gambling brand. The team is made up of specialist teams who operate across a wide range of different marketing channels, as well as across all the territories and products in William Hill.

We communicate across all media platforms and providing accessible, innovative and exciting campaigns for our customers is what we’re passionate about. Despite this diversity, our aims never change - we are dedicated to improving the William Hill customer experience and improving the overall performance of William Hill.

Where we’re based

The Marketing Director, as well as large portion of our team are based in Gibraltar, but you will also find a many of us in London, Spain, Italy and Manila.


CRM is about helping customers get the most out of services that we offer. We analyse customer patterns, data and behaviours and translate this to direct marketing campaigns. We’re passionate about talking to customers - be they new to William Hill or experienced punters. Our goal is to make these campaigns as relevant as possible, encouraging customers to use more of our great products. We’re looking for CRM experts who are keen to work in an environment that’s always looking to innovate and learn.

Customer Insight

We’re here to provide a deep understanding of our customers. This can be in terms of looking at how our customers bet, or interact with our website, or indeed through external sources such as research panels or agencies. We love sharing this insight with our colleagues. And we love translating our knowledge into better experiences for our customers even more.
