Multilingual teams support customers across Europe with all kinds of queries about our websites and products. Join us and you’ll mostly use your written language abilities to chat with customers online, but there will also be the need to speak to some players over the phone.

Customer Service Agents

A helping hand. An intelligent voice. A proactive problem-solver. That’s how customers from across Europe see our dedicated customer service agents. Using inbound and outbound chat, email and phone, they provide exceptional technical know-how relating to William Hill Online products, websites and software. Answering customer queries in nothing less than a timely and professional manner is central to our winning formula.

To join us in this fulfilling and varied role, you need to be fluent – both written and spoken – in one of the following languages Italian, Spanish, English, German, Russian, French, Czech, Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish or Polish. While no previous experience is necessary, we do look for career-focused individuals with a positive approach and great interpersonal skills. Above all, you need a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience. An excellent command of English is also a must, as is the willingness to work shifts, including night shifts.

Team Leaders

Working alongside our customer service agents, we have a dedicated cast of Team Leaders and Operations Managers. Demonstrating the same fantastic language abilities, drive and flair for Customer Service, they have the added responsibility of inspiring their teams and helping each and every one of us to realise our full potential.

To thrive as a Team Leader, you need to be ready to take on overall responsibility for the whole working process, whether it’s setting goals, providing supervision and training, or monitoring KPIs and trends.

Operations Managers

To join us as an Operations Manager, your skills, knowledge and experience will need to demonstrate that you can be accountable for the operational performance of your department. Your team will look to you to foster the positive culture that makes working here so special, while the business will expect you to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency and develop solutions for any quality or knowledge issues.
