The Brand & Acquisition team are responsible for managing the portfolio of brands, William Hill and Centrebet that operate in the Australian market along with delivering new client acquisition. The team own of all above-line-media strategy and planning, digital marketing strategy and planning, direct response campaign management along with sponsorship and event management. The Sponsorship team manages partnerships with some of Australia’s strongest sport and racing brands. We’re always on the lookout for exciting new opportunities, whether it’s sponsorship for VIP events and raising public awareness of our brands
Customer Relationship Management & VIP
From overseeing the day-to-day operations of all CRM activity, to devising successful and sophisticated client retention plans, our CRM team nurture opportunities to boost client retention and activation. VIP operations liaise directly with VIP clients to maximise retention and activity. The expert team provides, outstanding customer service and uses all their knowledge of betting to tailor our VIP service to meet our client’s exact needs. Broadcast & Design
The Production & Design team are responsible for the creation, execution and delivery of all content that supports key marketing campaigns & products. All broadcast & online content is produced in-house, so the roles here also involve the management of a broadcast studio and edit suite. To be successful in this team you'll need the ability to meet content deadlines, adhere to marketing budgets & understand brand guidelines.
Content & Social Media
If you have a passion for sports and creative writing then the Content and Social team could be just the place for you. In the Content team we produce copy for websites, blogs, television integration and scripts for the television adverts.
The Social Media team produces informative and engaging content across all the social media platforms and channels we use, as well as building and maintainig social media communities.
