How do I apply?
It’s really easy – just complete the application form online or from your smart phone. You’ll be able to upload your CV and then the majority of your information will be pre-filled on your application profile.
Can I speak to someone about a role I might be interested in?
Of course – email us and we'll do our best to help you out.
Do I have to be 18 or over to work for William Hill?
You do indeed – UK law states that all colleagues must be at least 18 years of age.
During my application I was told that I would be directed to Chemistry to complete a test but nothing has appeared on my computer. What do I do?
The Chemistry assessment is for retail roles only - but if you've applied for a retail role and nothing has happened, you’ll probably need to turn the pop-up blockers off on your device.

I've completed my online application - what happens now?
We'll be in touch soon - you can check the progress of your application by logging in to the Careers site you applied to.
I need to re-arrange my interview, who should I contact?
Don’t worry – our Admin Support team will be able to help you – email them at RecruitmentAdmin@williamhill.com and they’ll re-book your interview.
The recruitment team have told me I can self-schedule my interview; how do I do that?
It’s really simple. The Recruitment team will have sent you an email with a link which will display the available slots. You’ll then see a list of available days and times for your interview – you just need to choose from that list and we’ll email you once it’s confirmed.
I've been told that I need to bring proof of eligibility to work in the UK to the interview. Why is this?
It’s a legal requirement. We’re sure you are who you say you are but we have to check. If you’re not sure what to bring, please ask your recruiter and they'll talk it through with you.
I've got another question not covered here, who can I contact?
Email the recruitment team at email@example.com and we’ll try to help you with anything you need.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Just click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the login screen and you'll be asked to enter your email address so a temporary password can be sent to you and then you can reset your password from there.
I've got a technical issue - who can I contact?
